Program and consent
By providing your mobile number and completing the disclosed enrollment process, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from BRIXEN LLC, including launch announcements, product releases, restock notices, offers, rewards updates, and invitations. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or similar technology where permitted.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. Your consent applies only to the BRIXEN program described at enrollment and may be withdrawn at any time.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on launches, account activity, and promotions. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. BRIXEN does not charge a separate fee for the program. Check with your carrier for plan details.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to any BRIXEN promotional text to opt out. You may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help or email info@brixenx.com. Requests sent by another method may require reasonable time and verification to process.
After opting out, you may still receive nonmarketing communications that are necessary to complete a transaction or respond to a request, where permitted. You may enroll again through a new affirmative sign-up.
Eligibility and number ownership
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number provided. Notify BRIXEN before changing, transferring, or relinquishing that number. Do not enroll a number belonging to someone else without authorization.
Delivery and carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability, device compatibility, carrier restrictions, and events outside BRIXEN’s control. BRIXEN may change the short code, telephone number, provider, frequency, or program features and may suspend or end the program as permitted by law.
Privacy and disputes
Information is handled under the Privacy Policy. The Terms of Use, including its governing-law and dispute provisions, are incorporated into these SMS Terms to the extent permitted by law. If these SMS Terms conflict with a disclosure shown when you enroll, the more specific enrollment disclosure controls for that campaign.
