Final-sale policy
BRIXEN does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, shade or scent preference, duplicate purchases, ordering error, sensitivity that was not caused by a product defect, or normal differences in color, texture, packaging, or appearance. Opened, used, tested, altered, or tampered products are not returnable.
Promotional items, gifts with purchase, samples, digital gift cards, personalized items, and clearance or limited-release products are final sale unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise protected by law.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items
Contact info@brixenx.com within 48 hours after delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, lot or batch information when visible, shipping label, outer package, and packing materials. Keep all items and packaging until BRIXEN completes its review.
After BRIXEN verifies and approves a timely claim, store credit is the sole remedy. BRIXEN does not provide cash refunds, reversals to the original payment method, or replacement products under this policy except where applicable law requires otherwise. BRIXEN may require an item to be returned using provided instructions and may decline claims involving late notice, misuse, improper storage, accidental damage after delivery, ordinary wear, or insufficient evidence.
Cancellations and address changes
Contact BRIXEN immediately after placing an order if a cancellation or correction is needed. Cancellation, modification, or address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships. BRIXEN may cancel and refund an order due to inventory, payment, pricing, fraud-prevention, legal, or fulfillment issues.
Store credit for approved claims
For a verified and approved claim submitted on time, BRIXEN will issue store credit for the purchase price paid for the affected item and applicable sales tax. Original or return shipping charges are not credited unless applicable law requires otherwise. Store credit is not cash, is not redeemable for cash, and is not transferable, except to the extent required by law. Any store credit is also subject to the terms presented when it is issued.
Adverse reactions
Stop using a product if irritation or another adverse reaction occurs. Follow the product label and review the Product Safety & Cosmetic Disclaimer. Report serious or unexpected reactions promptly to BRIXEN and seek appropriate medical attention. An adverse reaction report will be evaluated separately from eligibility for store credit under this policy.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any warranty, refund, cancellation, or other remedy that cannot legally be waived. BRIXEN may take reasonable steps to prevent fraud, abuse, or duplicate claims.
