BRIXEN LLC is based in Utah, and these choices are structured around applicable Utah privacy requirements. BRIXEN does not currently sell personal information for money or use it for targeted advertising across nonaffiliated websites. Additional choices are available where another state’s law applies or where BRIXEN voluntarily honors the request.

How to submit

Email info@brixenx.com with the applicable subject above. Include your full name, the email or phone used with BRIXEN, state of residence, and a clear description of the request. Do not send a Social Security number, payment-card number, government identification, password, or medical records by ordinary email.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, residency, or authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted; we may require signed permission and direct verification. We will respond within the legally required period and explain any denial and available appeal process. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Marketing choices

Use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. For marketing texts, reply STOP; reply HELP for help. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary transactional or account messages. You may also adjust cookie settings through your browser. Where legally required and technically applicable, BRIXEN honors recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control.

Current sale and sharing status

As of the effective date, BRIXEN does not sell personal information for money, does not sell consumer health data, and does not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16. If our practices change, we will update our notices and provide required controls before beginning that activity.
