Our accessibility commitment
BRIXEN strives to design, develop, and maintain brixenx.com in substantial alignment with generally recognized accessibility practices, including relevant portions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and no statement can guarantee that every page, feature, or third-party integration will be free of barriers at all times.
Measures we take
- Use semantic structure, meaningful headings, descriptive links, labels, and keyboard-accessible controls.
- Support zoom, responsive layouts, visible focus, color contrast, reduced-motion preferences, and text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Review new content and features for accessibility and address reported barriers.
- Encourage service providers and third-party integrations to support accessible experiences.
Third-party content
Some functionality may be supplied by independent providers, such as ecommerce, payment, social-media, mapping, video, or messaging services. BRIXEN may not control every aspect of those services, but we welcome reports of barriers and will work in good faith to offer assistance or an accessible alternative when reasonably possible.

If you have difficulty accessing content, completing a task, or purchasing a product, email info@brixenx.com with “Accessibility Assistance” in the subject. Please describe the page or feature, the barrier, your preferred contact method, and any assistive technology or browser information you choose to share. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly, provide the information or service through an accessible method, and correct confirmed barriers where feasible.
